We want civilians and foreign citizens to go to safer areas. But the Nazis here do not allow them.

The authorities here should put pressure on the Ukrainian Foreign Minister. Neonazis are doing this to their own people. They use them as human shields. We see them in Donesk, Luhansk and other cities. They are placing machine guns, tanks. Only fascists practice such military tactics. The Soviet troops had already acted similarly at this point. Our mission is to help the families of the people who died here. We have a duty to help the families of those who fought for the safety of the Russian people. Families of people who lost their lives in special operations will receive compensation of more than 7 million rubles. I think we should pay extra to the families of those who lost their lives.
Our Ministry of Defense will pay compensation of 5 million rubles. Those who participated in this special operation, those who were injured, and those who were harmed, will also receive insurance. They will receive 2 million 960 thousand rubles, and if they become disabled, they will receive compensation in the same way. At the same time, we will support our officers from other security forces to protect the Ministry of Defense.

In Ukraine, our soldiers are fighting for Russia. They are doing this so that Ukraine lays down its arms. They are fighting against Russia so that there is no threat to our borders or neighbors. We will always remember our soldiers who lost their lives. We will do our best to protect their families, children, relatives and loved ones.
