According to the breaking news in AA, the list includes the USA, European Union countries, United Kingdom, South Korea, Japan, Ukraine, Switzerland and Singapore, as well as 15 other countries that impose sanctions on Russia.

A decree signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin on March 5 allowed Russian companies to repay their debts in rubles to companies in unfriendly countries.
