US Secretary of State Antony Blinken made statements in Lithuania as Russia’s attacks on Ukraine continued on its 12th day.
Highlights from Blinken’s statements;
“Obviously, sovereignty is being violated. We have done what we said we would do regarding Russia’s attacks on Ukraine. If Russia chooses to attack, we are ready to do anything. We are constantly updating the situation with our NATO allies.
We see that Russia is approaching almost zero. Export withdrawals, withdrawals of important technological companies became possible. We have also seen the impact of the aid we were able to offer Ukraine. Everything we say comes true. Russia has launched a very disproportionate attack, so we aim to increase the pressure on Russia.
Whether it’s a week, a month or longer, Ukraine will come forward and triumph. If any attack occurs within NATO territory, we will take steps to defend every corner of NATO territory.”
