Picture of the circuit board is doing the rounds

There were already first pictures of the assembled graphics card, now a picture of the circuit board of the EVGA Geforce RTX 3090 Ti Kingpin makes for open mouths. You can see the lush 24+4-phase design next to two 16-pin power connectors for a total of 1,200 watts.
The Kingpin editions, named after an overclocker of the same name, have never had the typical gamer as their target group, so it is not surprising that the EVGA Geforce RTX 3090 Ti Kingpin also draws on the full. After first pictures of the ampere graphics card already went through the net, it is now a shot of the board that will make hardware enthusiasts sit up and take notice. As with the HOF OC Lab Edition by Galax a 24+4 phase design is used. The power is also supplied via the same connections. These are the relatively new 16-pin connectors that allow for a power consumption of 600 watts. With two of them, 1,200 watts can theoretically be drawn directly from the power supply – plus the power supply from the PCI Express slot of 75 watts, which hardly seems relevant anymore given this number.

Even the original images made it clear that the EVGA Geforce RTX 3090 Ti has Kingpin overclockers in mind. The Americans installed an all-in-one water cooling system right from the factory, kept at the right temperature by a 360 mm radiator and another fan directly on the pixel accelerator. There is also a tiltable display so that enthusiasts can always keep an eye on the data on their graphics card.
Even if the EVGA Geforce RTX 3090 Ti Kingpin is already flexing its muscles in pictures, the manufacturer has not yet communicated a price recommendation or a release date. More conventional versions of the Geforce RTX 3090 Ti change in the trade currently from 2,329 euros the owner who MSRP of the Founders Edition is 2,249 euros. Interestingly, the recommended retail price is only moderately exceeded, but there should only be a manageable demand for a manufacturer’s recommendation of more than 2,000 euros.
