KSC goalscorer wants to go to the Bundesliga

Special goal anniversary at KSC: Hofmann among the best second division clippers
The former Schalke Hofmann returned to Germany in 2017 after a EUR 1 million transfer to Kaiserslautern (2014) and a EUR 2 million move to FC Brentford (2015) and came to the wildlife park via Greuther Fürth and Eintracht Braunschweig in 2019 . Since then he has averaged 0.5 goals per game at KSC.
Hofmann crowned his anniversary of the 100th competitive game for Karlsruher last weekend against Paderborn with his 50th goal. In the current season alone, 17 goals have already been scored – currently the second highest figure in the league. In terms of goals per game (0.59), with Simon Terodde and Marvin Ducksch only two competitors currently active in the 2nd Bundesliga have recorded better values in the current season.
